Peach Chipotle Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 flatbread or pizza crust
- 1/4 cup Peach White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Chipotle Premium Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 ripe peach, thinly sliced
- Fresh arugula
- Peach White Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush the flatbread or pizza crust with chipotle olive oil.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and goat cheese evenly over the crust.
- Arrange peach slices on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
- Top with fresh arugula, more goat cheese if desired, and a drizzle of peach balsamic vinegar before serving.
