Parsley and Lemon Pesto
- 1/4 cup Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 bunches of flat-leaf parsley
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender in the order they are listed until smooth.
- Serve with fresh pasta, flat bread pizza, or on a charcuterie board. Delicious, simple, and refreshing!
