Grilled Lobster with Garlic Olive Oil & Herbs

Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters (1–1.5 lbs each), split in half lengthwise
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil (The Little Shop of Olive Oils)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cracked black pepper
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat grill (or broiler) to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush lobster meat generously with Garlic Olive Oil and a touch of melted butter (if using).
  3. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  4. Place lobsters shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 8–10 minutes, brushing occasionally with more Garlic Olive Oil, until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.
