Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 2 lbs. chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
  • ¼ cup Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian herb blend
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Lemon wedges and fresh herbs (like oregano or thyme), for garnish

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, whisk together Lemon Olive Oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill wings for 1820 minutes, turning every few minutes, until nicely charred and cooked through (internal temp should be 165ºF).
  • Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Serve hot!
