
Grilled Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 2 lbs. chicken wings (drumettes and flats)
- ¼ cup Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian herb blend
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Lemon wedges and fresh herbs (like oregano or thyme), for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together Lemon Olive Oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill wings for 18–20 minutes, turning every few minutes, until nicely charred and cooked through (internal temp should be 165ºF).
- Transfer to a platter and garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges. Serve hot!
