Citrus Grilled Tuna
Share
There are some meals that just taste like summer — and this is one of them.
Fresh tuna on the grill doesn’t need much, but when you add Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of Garden Citrus Spice Blend, something really beautiful happens. It’s light, vibrant, and full of fresh flavor without being heavy.
I love how quickly this comes together. A short marinade, a hot grill, and dinner feels fresh and intentional. The Persian Lime Olive Oil adds a smooth citrus note that complements the tuna instead of overpowering it. It’s simple food done well — which is always my favorite way to cook.
Serve it with a crisp salad, grilled vegetables, or even over a bed of rice. It’s clean, flavorful, and feels just a little special without any fuss.

Ingredients
-
½ cup lemon juice
-
½ cup Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil
-
1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley
-
1 teaspoon Mediterranean Herb Blend
-
Two 6-ounce fresh tuna steaks
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, Persian Lime Premium Olive Oil, oregano, parsley, and Mediterranean Herb Blend.
Coat both sides of the tuna steaks with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Remove tuna from the marinade and place directly on the grill grates.
Grill for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preferred doneness. Tuna is best slightly pink in the center.
Remove from grill and garnish with lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- Don’t overcook tuna — it should still be tender and slightly pink inside.
- This is wonderful sliced over a salad with an extra drizzle of Persian Lime Olive Oil.
- If grilling isn’t an option, a hot cast-iron skillet works beautifully.
