Here is a quick recipe for eggs, toast and Avocado Spread.
- 1 oz. ripe Fresh Avocados
- 1/2 clove of garlic, finely minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Arugula Microgreens (or your favorite)
- In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
- Stir in desired garlic, salt and pepper.
- Add EVOO to your non-stick pan and fry them Sunnyside up.
- Toast your bread.
- To a plate add the bread, avocado mix, top with eggs and microgreens.
