Breakfast Edition

Here is a quick recipe for eggs, toast and Avocado Spread.


  • 1 oz. ripe Fresh Avocados
  • 1/2 clove of garlic, finely minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Arugula Microgreens (or your favorite)


  • In a medium bowl, mash avocado with a fork.
  • Stir in desired garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Add EVOO to your non-stick pan and fry them Sunnyside up.
  • Toast your bread.
  • To a plate add the bread, avocado mix, top with eggs and microgreens.
  • Enjoy!
