Vinaigrette Recipe at The Little Shop of Olive Oil with Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Spring Vinaigrette & Salad

For the salad:

  • 3 cups baby arugula.
  • 1/4 red onion (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup radicchio, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced apples
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans 
  • 3/4 cup feta cheese crumbles


  • Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and set aside.
  • Add all dressing ingredients to a mason jar, close tightly and shake well.
  • Pour over salad and toss well to combine.
