Gravenstein Apple & Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

Some dressings just work with everything.
This Gravenstein Apple & Honey Vinaigrette is one of those recipes I come back to again and again. It’s soft, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced — and when you pair our Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic with Persian Lime Olive Oil, it becomes something extra special.
The apple balsamic brings that gentle fruit note. The raw honey smooths everything out. And the Persian Lime Olive Oil adds just enough brightness to keep the dressing feeling light and fresh.
It’s beautiful over mixed greens with sliced apples and toasted walnuts. It’s lovely drizzled over roasted vegetables. And honestly, it even works as a light marinade for chicken.
This is the kind of dressing you keep in the refrigerator and reach for all week.
Simple ingredients. Clean flavor.
And that perfect sweet-tart balance.

Recipe Note
Tracey’s Notes
- Persian Lime Olive Oil adds brightness without overpowering the apple flavor.
- If the dressing thickens in the refrigerator, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes and shake well.
- This pairs beautifully with mixed greens, sliced apples, feta, and toasted pecans.
Optional
- Add 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard for a slightly creamier texture.
- Stir in finely minced shallot for added depth.
- Use as a light marinade for chicken or pork.
