January Parfaits with a Savory-Citrus Twist
Share
January always makes me crave food that feels fresh, bright, and a little restorative — but still satisfying. This parfait checks all those boxes.
Creamy yogurt layered with crunchy granola, juicy fruit, and just enough richness to make it feel special. The secret, of course, is in the drizzle.
A touch of Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil adds a subtle herbaceous note that makes the yogurt taste richer and more complex, while Grapefruit Balsamic brings a gentle citrus brightness that ties everything together. It’s unexpected in the best way — savory meets sweet, fresh meets comforting.
This is one of those recipes that feels fancy but takes almost no effort. Perfect for a January breakfast, a light dessert, or even a mid-afternoon pick-me-up when winter feels long and gray.
And yes — once you try olive oil and balsamic in a parfait, you’ll start wondering where else they belong. (Spoiler: everywhere.)
