Winter Pomegranate Sangria at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

A Festive Sip That Sparkles With Holiday Cheer

If holiday gatherings had a signature cocktail, this would be it. Our Pomegranate Dark Balsamic adds a rich, fruity depth to a classic winter sangria—balancing tart, sweet, and warmly spiced flavors in every sip. It’s festive, elegant, and unbelievably easy to batch for parties, making it the go-to drink for holiday hosting, Friendsgiving, or a cozy night by the tree.

Fresh oranges, apple slices, cranberries, and pomegranate arils bring beautiful color and natural sweetness, while rosemary and star anise add those magical holiday aromas. Serve it still or with a bubbly finish—your choice!

Make it ahead, chill, and let the flavors mingle. The longer it rests, the better it gets. And yes… a drizzle of Franklin Raw Honey takes it over the top. 😉

Raise a glass to the season with this gorgeous, fruit-forward cocktail that tastes like holiday joy.
