Pineapple Mojito Spritzer (A Little Tropical Sparkle)
Share
There are some drinks that just make you smile the moment you see them. This Pineapple Mojito Spritzer is one of those.
It’s bright, refreshing, a little tropical, and just the thing for a warm afternoon or an easy gathering with friends.
If you’ve visited the shop, you already know that Pineapple White Balsamic Vinegar is one of those flavors that surprises people. They taste it and immediately start imagining all the possibilities — salads, marinades, fruit… and yes, even drinks.
And it turns out pineapple balsamic is wonderful in cocktails and spritzers.
This drink takes inspiration from a classic mojito, but instead of lime being the star, we bring in that sweet-tart pineapple flavor. The balsamic adds brightness and depth without overpowering the drink. When it’s combined with fresh pineapple juice, mint, and sparkling water, you get something incredibly refreshing.
It’s the kind of drink that feels light and crisp with just the right touch of sweetness.
I especially love serving this over plenty of ice with a little pineapple garnish. It looks beautiful in the glass and tastes like something you might sip on a breezy patio somewhere warm.
And the best part? It comes together in just a couple of minutes.
So whether you're hosting friends, relaxing after a long day, or just looking for a fun new way to enjoy Pineapple White Balsamic, this spritzer is a wonderful place to start.
Cheers to simple pleasures.
