Pineapple Margarita

Pineapple Margarita Recipe at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

There’s something about a pineapple margarita that just feels like sunshine in a glass. It’s bright, tropical, a little tangy, and so easy to love—especially when you want a cocktail that feels fun without being fussy.

What makes this Pineapple Margarita really special is our Pineapple White Balsamic. It adds that sweet-tart pineapple flavor in such a smooth, balanced way, so you get all the tropical brightness without needing a sugary mixer. Paired with tequila, Cointreau, fresh lime, and just a tiny dash of black pepper, it creates a margarita that’s refreshing, flavorful, and just a little unexpected.

This is the kind of cocktail that’s perfect for warm afternoons, taco night, backyard get-togethers, or anytime you want to pour something simple that still feels a little special. Garnish it with lime or a jalapeño slice if you like a touch of heat, and enjoy every bright, citrusy sip.
