Citrus Balsamic Spritz

Ingredients:

• 2 oz gin (or vodka for a smoother taste)
• 1 oz Champagne White Wine Vinegar
  
• ½ oz fresh orange juice
• ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey & warm water)
• 3 oz sparkling rosé or prosecco (for a pink hue and light fizz)
• Ice
• Fresh orange slice & rosemary sprig (for garnish)

Instructions:

• Fill a wine glass with ice.
• Add gin (or vodka), Champagne White Wine Vinegar, orange juice, and honey syrup. Stir well.
• Top with sparkling rosé or prosecco for a refreshing fizz.
• Garnish with a slice of orange and a rosemary sprig.
