Cinnamon Pear Sparkle

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pear juice (or pear nectar)
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz vodka (optional for a spirited version)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

  • ½ tsp Valencia Orange Olive Oil

  • 3 oz sparkling water or prosecco (to top)
  • Ice cubes
  • Cinnamon sugar (for rim)
  • 1 cinnamon stick and orange slice (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Rim a glass with cinnamon sugar.
  2. In a shaker, combine pear juice, cranberry juice, balsamic, olive oil, and vodka (if using). Shake well.
