Chamomile & Rosemary Tea with Peach Balsamic

Chamomile & Rosemary Tea with Peach Balsamic at The Little Shop of Olive Oils

Some recipes are less about cooking and more about creating a little calm, and this Chamomile and Rosemary Tea with Peach White Balsamic is exactly that kind of cup.

It’s warm, soothing, and just a little unexpected in the best way. Chamomile brings that soft, comforting floral note we all know and love, while fresh rosemary adds a gentle herbal aroma that makes the whole cup feel extra special.

And then there’s the Peach White Balsamic.

Just a teaspoon or two adds a delicate fruitiness and a little brightness that turns a simple herbal tea into something much more memorable. It doesn’t overwhelm the tea at all—it simply gives it a soft peach finish that feels light, calming, and just a little lovely.

I love recipes like this because they’re simple enough for an ordinary afternoon, but they still feel thoughtful. It’s the kind of tea I’d make when I want to slow down for a few minutes, warm up on a chilly day, or settle in for the evening with something comforting.

If you enjoy herbal tea and are looking for a fresh way to use Peach White Balsamic, this is such a pretty little recipe to try.

Simple, calming, and full of gentle flavor.
