Fig & Walnut Whipped Ricotta Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 package pre-made phyllo cups (12 count)
  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Walnut Oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cup fig jam (or fig spread)
  • 1–2 tsp Fig Balsamic (plus more for drizzling)
  • Optional: fresh thyme leaves or chopped walnuts for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ricotta with Walnut Oil, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
  3. Warm the phyllo cups in the oven for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Fill each cup with a spoonful of the whipped ricotta mixture.
  5. Top with a small dollop of fig jam.
  6. Drizzle lightly with Fig Balsamic and sprinkle with thyme or walnuts.
  7. Serve warm or room temperature.
