Flaky puff pastry wrapped around asparagus, prosciutto, and Parmesan, brushed with Garlic Infused Olive Oil — a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 12 asparagus spears, trimmed
- 6 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise

2 tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Optional: drizzle of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar (for serving)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss asparagus with Garlic Infused Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
- Cut puff pastry into 12 rectangles.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with half a slice of prosciutto and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Place one wrapped asparagus spear diagonally on each pastry rectangle and fold corners over to secure.
- Brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and, if desired, drizzle lightly with Traditional Balsamic before serving.
