Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!.

THE MENU (Sample Below):

• Suave Classico – Peach and Prosciutto Puff: Phyllo shells filled with a dollop of cream cheese, topped with a peach slice, a small piece of prosciutto, and a drizzle of Vermont Maple Balsamic. Garnished with thyme.
• A - Z Riesling – Apricot and Goat Cheese Canapé: Crackers topped with soft goat cheese, a slice of dried apricot, and a drizzle of Serrano Honey Balsamic. Garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
• Côte Des Roses Rosé – Mini Caprese Skewers: Cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves. Drizzled with basil-infused Olive Oil and Lemon Balsamic.
• Substance Pinot Noir – Roasted Beet and Feta Cheese Bites: Artisanal crackers topped with roasted beet slices, crumbled feta cheese, and a drizzle of honey. Garnished with fresh sage.
• LaPosta Pizzella Malbec – Brie and Fig Crostini: Crostini topped with creamy brie cheese, a dollop of raspberry jam, and a drizzle of Cranberry Pear Balsamic. Garnished with fresh mint.
