Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!

THE MENU:

• Pinot Gris - Salmon & Dill Crostini: Crostini topped with whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, garnished with fresh dill and a drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil.
• Vouvray - Smokey Spice Rounds:  Pepper Crackers topped with brie, drizzled with Chipotle infused honey, and garnished with rosemary.
• Rose - Mediterranean Bites: Crostini topped with Mozzarella, diced tomato, fresh basil and a drizzle of Kalamata EVOO
• Pinot Noir - Strawberry Puff:  Pastry stuffed with goat cheese, sliced strawberries, fresh thyme garnish and a drizzle of Espresso balsamic.
• Garnacha - Savory Sweet Snack: Crostini Crackers topped with a dollop of mascarpone, prosciutto sliver, candied fig, and a drizzle of Denissimo balsamic, with fresh rosemary garnish.    

This is a 21+ event.
