Spicy Baklouti White Bean Hummus
Share
Some recipes happen because you planned them.
This one happens because you opened the pantry, grabbed a can of beans, and wanted something really good in about five minutes.
This spicy white bean hummus is one of those quiet little heroes. It looks simple (because it is), but the flavor tells a different story — nutty tahini, smooth white beans, fresh garlic, and just enough heat from Baklouti Pepper Premium Olive Oil to keep things interesting.
If you’ve never cooked with Baklouti before, this is a great place to start. It’s warm, not aggressive. Flavorful, not overpowering. And when paired with something creamy like beans or hummus, it really shines.
Serve this with warm pita, crusty bread, crackers, fresh veggies — or honestly, a spoon if no one’s looking. It’s also a great base for spreading on sandwiches or dolloping onto grain bowls.
Quick. Simple. Full of flavor.
These are the recipes I love most.

Recipe Note
Tip: Go easy — Baklouti has a sneaky little kick.
