This is a perfect dip for any dish...chicken, fish, pork, veggies...just to name a few!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (any type)
- 2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons honey ginger balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 2-4 tablespoon mayonnaise (more if you like a creamy texture)
Instructions:
- Make the dressing by whisking together all the ingredients in a medium bowl (whisking is important otherwise it will not emulsify).
- Serve in a small ramekin.
