Traceyâs Notes:
This is one of those recipes thatâs perfect when you want something quick but still full of flavor. The Chipotle Olive Oil gives the chicken a nice smoky heat, and the Pineapple Balsamic adds just enough sweetness to balance everything out. I love making these when the weather is nice because theyâre easy to throw on the grill and donât take much time. Theyâre great served with rice, a simple salad, or wrapped in pita with a little yogurt sauceâeasy, flavorful, and always a hit.
