Ingredients:
- 2 oz Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
- 1 oz white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey (or to taste)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic (if using), lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.
- Slowly drizzle in the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil while continuously whisking to create an emulsion.
- Once all the olive oil is incorporated, season the vinaigrette with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Give the vinaigrette a final whisk to make sure everything is well blended.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings or sweetness if necessary.
- Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Shake well before serving as the ingredients may separate upon standing.
