Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil Vinaigrette


  • 2 oz Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
  • 1 oz white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey (or to taste)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


  • In a small bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic (if using), lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.
  • Slowly drizzle in the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil while continuously whisking to create an emulsion.
  • Once all the olive oil is incorporated, season the vinaigrette with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Give the vinaigrette a final whisk to make sure everything is well blended.
  • Taste and adjust the seasonings or sweetness if necessary.
  • Use immediately, or store in the refrigerator in a sealed container. Shake well before serving as the ingredients may separate upon standing.
