
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 handful roasted cashews (salted)
- 2 cups basil (packed)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper
- 1 handful pine nuts
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth
Serve over pasta!
