Join us at The Little Shop of Olive Oils in Franklin, MA for a sommelier-led wine and food pairing adventure. Enjoy a 90-minute session with Wine Educator Missa Capozzo, as she presents 5 wines with 5 perfect pairings, along with fun, educational demonstrations on the basics of wine and food pairing. It's an entertaining, enlightening experience not to be missed!.

THE MENU (Sample Below):

• Soave Classico - Salmon & Dill Bites: Crostini topped with whipped cream cheese, smoked salmon, and garnished with fresh dill and a drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil.
• Vouvray - Hot Pepper Jelly Brie Bites:  Pepper Crackers with brie topped with pepper jelly, garnished with thyme.
• Rose - Mediterranean Bites: Crostini topped with mozzarella, tomato slice, fresh basil, and drizzle of Basil Oil.
• Pinot Noir - Goat cheese bites: Goat cheese on cracker drizzled with Raspberry Balsamic.
• Malbec - Chocolate Hummus Dessert Bites: Chocolate Hummus Dip with strawberry pieces on sugar cookie drizzled with dark Chocolate Balsamic.
