Excellent on cheese!!

This is my favorite vinegar to drizzle on cheese. You can reduce it over heat to create a more syrupy texture. It is also great on flatbread with Marc, mascarpone cheese, prosciutto, chopped dates, and mozzarella cheese, baked in the oven; then drizzled with the reduced fig vinegar.

Amazing Flavor

Tried this as a drizzle on Caprese - Slice of Fresh Mozzarella, Slice of Tomato, Fresh Basil Leaf - then this amazing slightly sweet Vinegar over the top - makes a fantastic appetizer that is sure to please a crowd.

Yum! Thank you!

All time favorits

Love this balsamic for salads and over green beans! Adds a little sweetness mixed with a plain olive oil. One of the best fog balsamics I’ve found!

Thank you so much!
