Summer All Year Long!

This balsamic vinegar is a taste of summer peaches all year long! It helps to make the winter drudgery disappear, and it just makes me so happy. I mostly use it as a salad dressing, but it's also great to drizzle over desserts too. It elevates a boring salad to something very special, and makes a simple dessert suddenly seem decadent. The peach flavor is sweet but delicate, and I hope it's never discontinued!

Exceptional!!

I bought this at a peach orchard in Colorado and it.is.delectable. The peach fragrance/flavor is astounding—think ambrosia. Confession: When I want a treat during the day, I take a small ‘shot’ from a tablespoon. Better than liqueur. It pairs beautifully with fruity or autumn-y salads and also over vanilla ice cream. Best news of all: no added sugar and low sugar even though it tastes intensely sweet (and sour). I give it 12 points out of 10!
