A very attractive microgreen that foodies and chefs love for its contrasting colors, distinctive earthy flavor, and crunchy yet juicy texture.
The microgreens taste like a sweet mixture between root beets and spinach.
A great way to add flavor, texture and nutrients to salads and sandwiches year-round. Arugula microgreens develop an intense peppery flavor that gets milder as it grows taller—and they're full of vitamins and minerals.
The nutrition of broccoli microgreens is very high and provides vitamins and minerals when eaten. Broccoli microgreens are also rich in sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant.

Cilantro microgreens have high levels of Vitamin K, in fact, similar concentration of vitamin K as baby spinach. Cilantro is also a good source of Vitamin C. They also contain very high levels of beta carotene (three times more than the mature leaves), which are important for organ function and protecting cells from damage.
Daikon Radish:
Daikon Radish is a green crop with an mild radish flavor great in any microgreen salad or full sized salad. Daikon is one of the most popular radishes to sprout as well. Purple Kohlrabi:

Kohlrabi, like almost every microgreen, is great in egg dishes. Kohlrabi microgreens are very nutritious and contains over 100% of the recommended daily value of Vitamin C.
Brightly flavored with a bit of kick, peppercress is also an excellent source of vitamin A, C, iron, and potassium. Some claim that it also has detoxifying properties and can stir up your appetite when you're not feeling great.
