This small batch Sonoma blend is comprised of Italian iconic varieties: Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino. Locally produced on a 40 acre farm in Glenn Ellen, CA this Robust Italian blend is peppery and displays typical  Frantoio characteristics of cut grass, dried herb & green apple in addition to the sweet malty notes from the Leccino. High Biophenols!
