This prayer hung in my Dad's house and always put a smile on my face.
This salad is exactly what I needed this month...it's my "go to". Slice some oranges, red onion, anise and add a little arugula. Top with your favorite balsamic and olive oil. Mine was Key Lime Balsamic and Biancolilla...delicious! A little Ireland green with a little Italy EVOO.
