It may not be Thanksgiving, but when it comes to this little fruit we have so much to be thankful for! Whether you eat them alone, add them to perk up a dish, serve them oil-cured or sundried, or are using their oil for cooking or baking, olives definitely bring that something special in the kitchen. 

And the health benefits of the olive have been recognized for centuries! Abounding with antioxidants, they have natural anti-inflammatory properties, help protect against cancer, and help to reduce “bad” cholesterol. So, to this very humble fruit we say, “We Olive You!”
