Last one in the Series for “Nail the Cocktail” for now. This Dark and Stormy is Mike’s Favorite (with a twist).

Ingredients:

-- 2 oz. dark rum
-- 3 oz. ginger beer
-- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
-- Splash Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
-- Orange peal for garnish

Directions

-- Fill a short glass with ice cubes and let sit until the glass is frosty
-- Add rum.
-- Pour in ginger beer, balsamic and lime juice.
-- Stir with a barspoon.
-- Garnish with an orange peal.

Enjoy.
