
Aioli today
Not until we opened The Little Shop did I start to appreciate experimenting with combinations of unique ingredients. I ran out of my California Blend and used Wild Mushroom and Sage Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This Aioli was incredible!
- Was it perfect?...no.
- Did I have the right blender?...no.
- Did it make me happy? YESSS!
