
Avocado, Crab & Dill Salad
Ingredients:
- 16 oz of Crab Meat
- 3 scallions diced
- 4 sprigs Dill diced
- 4 tablespoons
Wild Fern Dill or Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh Lemon
- 2 Avocados Diced (use whole slices if preferred)
Directions:
- Mix together all the ingredients
- Serve plain or on a bun
- Garnish with whole slices avocado and lemon
