Avocado, Crab & Dill Salad

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz of Crab Meat
  • 3 scallions diced
  • 4 sprigs Dill diced
  • 4 tablespoons  Wild Fern Dill or Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh Lemon
  • 2 Avocados Diced (use whole slices if preferred)

Directions:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients
  2. Serve plain or on a bun
  3. Garnish with whole slices avocado and lemon
