Olive Oil Parmesan Grilled Corn
- 4 ears of corn
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend
- Preheat your grill to 400ºF.
- Shuck the corn and placing all on a large piece of aluminum foil. Set aside.
- Mix grated parmesan, EVOO and Spicy Italian Roasted Garlic Blend.
- Rub the corn with the mixture.
- Place aluminum foil pack on grill for approximately 30-35 minutes or until corn is fully cooked.
