Not until we opened The Little Shop did I start to appreciate experimenting with combinations of unique ingredients.  I ran out of my California Blend and used Wild Mushroom and Sage Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  This Aioli was incredible!

  • Was it perfect?...no. 
  • Did I have the right blender?...no. 
  • Did it make me happy?  YESSS!
