
Saba Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 2 Pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/2 Cup
Saba Vinegar
- 6 Large sliced white mushrooms
- 1 Large sliced yellow onion
- 1 Clove of minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon
Himalayan salt
- 2 Tablespoons of
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 F
- Marinate the tenderloin ½ hour prior to placing in the oven with the Saba and Salt
- Place the marinated tenderloin in a baking dish misted with EVOO and bake for 30 minutes
- Add the garlic, onion and mushrooms to the dish and bake for another 20 minutes or until the tenderloin is 160 F at the core.
- Saba and pork juice may be used as is (sweet and savory) for your side dishes
