In case you were wondering what would I do with Pineapple Balsamic....
- Pineapple (Grilled, cut into small chunks)
- 12 crackers
- Mint Leaves (optional)
- 1/3 cups feta cheese (crumbled)
- 2 tablespoons Pineapple Balsamic vinegar
- Lay 12 crackers close together on a tray.
- Place chunks of pineapple on top of crackers.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle Balsamic vinegar over top.
- Add Mint Leaves for finish (optional).
- Serve immediately.
